Booking PROCESS

After submitting an inquiry, our team will contact you by phone or text to discuss your project and schedule your appointment. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

For smaller projects, deposits may be refundable if approved by the business and the appointment is canceled at least 24–48 hours in advance.

For larger projects totaling $1,000 or more, all deposits are strictly non-refundable.
‍
Materials and supplies may be ordered specifically for your project based on demand and scheduling availability.Once all products and materials are ready, we will schedule your vehicle for service.
‍
The remaining balance is due upon vehicle pickup after the service has been completed.

All clients are required to sign a non-liability waiver before any work or services begin, aside from the initial deposit process.
